In-Patient Care Procedures
Sree Mnaju Hospitals is known to provide comfort at every step of the way. And we believe in the simplest admission procedures for a patient to be admitted. We hope for your best recovery and progress as soon as possible.
- A doctor will first raise an advice admission form for OPD patients to be admitted and for the concerned reasons.
- The documents will then be handed to a financial counsellor, who will recommend the treatments and the cost involved. Our hospital even accommodates an economic counselling team, available 24/7 to provide guidance to the patients from the type of room to select to even the mode of payments, insurance procedures and package details.
- In case of desired room unavailability, the patient will be transferred to the next best alternative and then easily shifted when and if the desired room is available.
- If a patient is not being admitted immediately but in a matter of time, we advise them to carry the slip given by the concerned doctor. Making it easier to navigate you to the admission procedures immediately.
- Essential documents must be provided at the admission desk with the required identity proof such as Adhaar card, license, passport, etc.
- The executives at the desk will also check for any insurances related to the patient and confirm with them if the problem of the patient is being covered under their policies.
- In case of no available insurances, the desk will hand over the files to the nurses for the further process.
