Patients Guidelines

Admission Process:

Please carry all necessary identification, medical reports, and insurance documents at the time of admission.

Personal Belongings:

Avoid bringing valuables. The hospital is not responsible for loss of personal items.

Meal & Medication Timings:

Follow your prescribed dietary and medication schedules as advised by your doctor.

Consent & Communication:

Infection Control:

Practice proper hand hygiene and follow the hospital's infection prevention protocols.

Noise & Mobile Usage:

Maintain a quiet environment. Use mobile phones responsibly within permitted areas.

Visitors Guidelines

Visiting Hours:

Visitors are welcome during designated hours only. Please check with the nursing desk for specific timings.

Limit the Number of Visitors:

To maintain a calm environment, only 1–2 visitors are allowed at a time per patient.

Health Screening:

Visitors with symptoms of illness (fever, cold, flu, etc.) are advised not to visit patients.

Children as Visitors:

Children under 12 are discouraged from visiting patient areas for their safety.

Hygiene Protocols:

Sanitize hands before and after visiting, and wear masks when required. Face masks must be worn at all times.

Respect Staff & Patients:

Cooperate with hospital staff and avoid loud conversations or gatherings in patient areas.
